Resin Art FAQ

What is "made-to-order"?

Made-to-order means that I make my pieces as orders come in. Since so much of my work is customizable, it becomes difficult to create an inventory of artwork before actually receiving the orders. Most of my items are therefore sold on a made-to-order basis. Don't worry, though! Once I finish my creations, each piece gets thoroughly inspected before being shipped out. Your new treasured work of art will truly be one-of-a-kind!

When will my order ship?

Because the majority of my work is made-to-order, my processing time is typically somewhere between 2 and 4 weeks (though around the holidays can be upwards of 12 weeks- so be sure to get your holiday orders in early). A lot of work goes into designing, completing, and packing each piece of art. I hold myself to the highest standards when it comes to my work and always appreciate your patience throughout the process. If you ever need an item by a specific date, please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate if I can!

How much will shipping cost me?

NOTHING! All of my artwork ships free to every U.S. state!

How do you ship your artwork?

Most of my smaller pieces (measuring under 16 inches) ship via USPS priority mail. That means 1-4 day shipping to all U.S. states, pending no delays on the postal service end. I have a careful packing process that includes wrapping each piece in packing paper, followed by two layers of bubble wrap, then packed securely in one or two cardboard boxes to ensure safe arrival.

As for my larger pieces (measuring over 16 inches), I bring them to UPS and have them take care of both the packing and shipping. Those orders are shipped via UPS ground and are typically delivered within 5 days.

Do you accept custom orders?

YES! Every piece I make can be customized to your liking in terms of frame color, frame size, and crushed glass colors- prices will vary, though, depending on what materials you pick. If you have a new idea in mind that is not currently listed in my store, I would be happy to get you an estimate and work up a design for you. One of my favorite parts of the creative process is bringing other people's visions to life through my artwork!
